Stryker is seeking a Senior EHS Manager for its Cork site at Tullagreen to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function and drive the overall EHS strategy. You will guide the end-to-end EHS management system, ensure ISO compliance and manage the Industrial Emissions Licence programme, acting as the EHS SME for the site.

You’ll lead a team, collaborate with Global EHS and Site Leadership, and drive continuous improvement while overseeing training, incident investigations, and risk reduction

Formación

• NFQ 8 in EHS, Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• 3+ years direct supervision responsibilities.
• Exceptional EHS experience and implementation of processes/systems to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain EHS management system in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and maintain ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Safety Management System.
• Oversee waste management and environmental monitoring per industrial emissions licence.
• Lead radiation safety programme and EHS training.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to drive improvements.
