Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions Engineering EMEA to lead a regional team of managers and engineers, delivering long-term value to customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role focuses on bridging pre-sales and post-sales success to maximize retention, adoption, and expansion.

You will partner with global leaders to define lifecycle plans, enable adoption, and drive revenue growth while aligning with product, delivery, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive second-level leadership experience (managing managers).
• Proven experience leading technical post‑sales teams in a B2B SaaS company with strong retention metrics.
• Experience scaling teams across multiple European markets and building new functions or markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and inspire a regional organisation of CSEs, TAMs, Solution Engineers, and Value Engineering.
• Drive value by developing adoption strategies and expanding opportunities across European segments.
• Define customer value and articulate business value of the Procore Platform during sales cycles.
• Ensure smooth handover from Professional Services and PM to support high-quality implementations.
