You will mentor Senior Managers, design a Premier Sales Academy, define career pathways, and own pan-EMEA prospecting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, building an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of sales development teams in SaaS.
• Experience designing and scaling GTM strategies for international markets.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
• Track record of developing high-performing SDR leaders.

• Build a Premier Sales Academy: scale training, onboarding, and continuous learning for EMEA SDRs.
• Define Clear Career Pathways: create promotion pathways to drive mobility and retention.
• Lead Second-Line Strategy: coach SDR leaders to scale multi-tiered teams.
• Define Pan-EMEA Prospecting: own inbound/outbound strategy across all territories.
• Executive Forecasting & Alignment: weekly forecasting and data-driven insights to leadership.
• Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: align with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Campaigns.
• Cultivate Talent & Leadership Bench: build coaching frameworks for leadership pipeline.
• Participate in Business Reviews: lead SDR contributions in regional reviews.
• Foster Culture & Accountability: maintain an inclusive and high-accountability environment.
