Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions Engineering EMEA. Based in Dublin or London on a hybrid model, you will lead a regional team of managers, CS engineers, and solution specialists to maximize customer value and revenue growth.

Leadership experience at senior levels, managing multiple teams.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments with growth metrics.
Experience coordinating across European markets and languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a regional organization across CS and Solutions Engineering.
Drive customer lifetime value via adoption, retention, and expansion strategies.
Partner with Product and Sales leadership to align on value delivery and revenue growth.
Oversee handover from Professional Services to ensure smooth implementations.
Build strategic relationships with executive customers and stakeholders.
Set and track KPIs, milestones, and operating margins to meet company targets.
