Procore is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions Engineering EMEA to lead a regional team, scale capability, and inspire excellence in delivering long-term value to customers across the EMEA region.

Based in Dublin or London with a hybrid model, this role partners with global leaders to drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth through strategic customer lifecycle plans and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive second-level leadership experience (managing managers) is required.
• Experience leading post-sales/CS engineering teams in a B2B SaaS company with strong retention metrics.
• Experience scaling teams across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and inspire a regional organisation of managers and CS/solutions engineers.
• Drive post-sales value, adoption strategies, and retention across Europe.
• Define customer value and articulate Procore Platform benefits during sales cycles.
• Oversee smooth handover from delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Establish and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships across key customers.
• Manage KPIs, milestones, and long-term goals supporting revenue growth and margins.
• Forecast at-risk accounts and develop plans to sustain retention.
• Collaborate with Product leadership for bidirectional customer feedback.
• Create a learning environment to attract, retain, and scale top talent.
