PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions Engineering EMEA to lead a regional team spanning Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Value Engineering. The role focuses on driving lifetime value, strategic customer journeys, and revenue growth in a hybrid Dublin or London setting.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to craft lifecycle plans aimed at retention, adoption, and technical validation, while scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive leadership experience managing managers.
• Proven experience leading technical post-sales teams in B2B SaaS with strong retention metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and inspire a regional organization across CSEs, Solution Engineers, and Value Engineering.
• Drive adoption strategies and mitigate platform/integration risks to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Oversee Solutions Engineering to articulate technical/business value during sales and post-sales cycles.
• Ensure smooth handover from Professional Services to delivery teams for high-quality implementations.
• Establish strategic stakeholder relationships and manage KPIs to support growth and margins.
• Forecast at-risk accounts and develop retention-focused execution plans.
• Collaborate with Product leadership on bidirectional feedback loops with customers.
• Foster a learning environment to attract and retain top talent.
