Black & White Engineering is seeking a Design Manager in Dublin, operating with hybrid working. You will lead multidisciplinary design activities, develop design programmes and drive interfaces across major engineering projects in data centre and infrastructure sectors.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure quality and programme commitments while fostering collaboration and professional growth within the team.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design activities within engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, design coordination and interface management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and programme commitments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Experience identifying and managing design risks, issues and project dependencies.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving successful project outcomes.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across engineering projects.
• Develop and manage design programmes, ensuring deliverables are produced in line with project requirements and deadlines.
• Identify, manage and mitigate design risks, issues and project interfaces.
