Job summary

BDP is expanding its architectural team in Dublin, seeking motivated Project and Senior Architects with post-qualified experience and strong design, detail and communication skills.

You will work on high‑profile projects across education, healthcare, hotel, retail, workplace, aviation and residential sectors, leading design teams and coordinating with consultants. This role offers growth and a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Be an accredited member of the RIAI, with post-qualified experience.
• Proficient experience in delivering projects through Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong familiarity with the current Irish Building Regulations and their application in building design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural designs from concept to construction.
• Lead design team meetings and coordinate project information with external consultants.
• Manage projects across all RIAI work stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders in a fast-paced team.
• Perform architectural design work to a high quality in a 3D BIM environment.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior employees, including Graduate Architects and Interns.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and contribute to submissions, tenders and business development.
