Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Lead Sales Strategy Analyst for EMEA Upmarket who will own analytics, models, and business frameworks to guide the segment and influence VP‑level decisions on strategy, capacity, and investment.

You will build and own dashboards and reports in Looker, Hex, SQL and Sheets, design core business processes, forecast headcount and territory plans, and coach other analysts to scale the function.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in sales strategy, sales operations, analytics, or related role with ownership of a segment or region.
• Strong ability to define and solve complex problems from framing to recommendations.
• Proficient with BI tools Looker, Hex, Tableau or similar; advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills; SQL knowledge.
• AI fluency with tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude to analyze data and automate processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analytics partner by diagnosing performance, defining KPIs, and translating data into actionable narratives.
• Reporting: own core dashboards and scorecards in Looker, Hex, SQL and Sheets with self-serve for stakeholders.
• Design and lead core business processes including forecasting, headcount, capacity, and territory planning.
• Project management: coordinate cross-functional tasks and align stakeholders; influence without authority.
• Coaching: mentor analysts, create reusable templates, and document metrics to scale the function.
