Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of its partner, seeks a Senior Data Scientist based in Ireland to shape business strategy through advanced analytics. You will own end-to-end analytical projects, from raw data to data products, applying statistical methods and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in applied Data Science or advanced analytics influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations across the customer journey from acquisition to retention, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze marketing channels, attribution, and incrementality to evaluate investment effectiveness.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests with Product/Growth teams using causal inference methods.
• Build and maintain production-ready data models using SQL, Python, and data transformation tools.
• Explain performance drivers and propose concrete actions to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth, engineers, and leadership to translate problems into analytical plans.
