Job summary

TD Bank in Dublin is seeking a data operations professional to support the bank's trading, settlement, and risk data workflows. You will own critical data flows, validate information, and enable smooth operational execution across multiple teams in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong data management skills, experience with Excel/SQL, and an ability to collaborate with audit, risk, and trading stakeholders. This is a full-time position located in Dublin with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant experience in data operations.
• High accuracy in data management and daily operational tasks.
• Proficiency with data management tools and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Enable TD Securities book of record systems for trading and settlement; own BAU processes.
• Act as SME for Client Static and SSI Data across TD platforms.
• Lead daily operational tasks: data validation, data entry, reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain automated data setup capabilities and perform data integrity checks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales and Trading; support audits and risk reviews.
• Lead testing, verification, and implementation of system updates and enhancements.
• Identify and drive improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
