Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is recruiting for a Custody Services professional. Based in Ireland, you will report to the Custody Services Manager and focus on resolving client queries while maintaining high service standards.

You will own client relationships, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure data accuracy, cash and stock exception handling, and timely funding aligned with client instructions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the Client.
• Maintain and enhance service provided to the Client.
• Own and resolve client queries, and monitor transition activity.
• Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
• Initiate proactive communication with the Investment Manager daily to verify satisfaction.
• Participate in Service Reviews and build strong internal partnerships.
• Maintain client data and standing instructions, monitor cash/stock exceptions.
• Ensure day-to-day funding aligns with client standing instructions and comply with risk policies.
