Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior CSA Engineer to lead the delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. You will lead CSA works on site, manage design reviews, RFIs, technical queries, and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

You will mentor junior engineers and support project delivery while ensuring compliance with HSE, regulatory, and project standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Construction, or related Engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction, quality, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CSA works on site.
• Manage design reviews, RFIs, technical queries, and site issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and project standards.
• Monitor programme progress and identify project risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery.
