Job summary

Vantage Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to lead on a major data centre construction project. You will be responsible for safe, on-time delivery of civil, structural and architectural works, coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive programme, quality and safety, review drawings and RAMS, and report progress and risks to the Project/Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager / Construction Manager.
• Strong background in data centres or large-scale commercial construction.
• Knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of CSA works on site.
• Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Drive programme, productivity, quality and safety across your areas.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, design and project teams.
• Review drawings, RAMS and construction programmes.
• Identify and resolve technical, programme and coordination issues.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to specification and programme.
• Lead daily coordination meetings, inspections and progress reviews.
• Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and site safety.
• Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project/Construction Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and knows how to drive subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades and keep a project moving.
