Job summary

Jones Engineering seeks a Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Quality Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. The role blends site and office duties across Europe, with a focus on establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

You will lead the CSA quality delivery, train teams, manage audits, and collaborate with internal quality leads. Opportunity to influence standards and progress within a large engineering contractor.

Qualifications

• Relevant Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Construction Management/Quality qualification.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in construction.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems.
• Demonstrated appetite for continuous learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System on Civil, Structural and Architectural Projects.
• Own CSA quality delivery and ensure client specifications are met by developing and executing project quality plans.
• Lead quality ethos through training, quality conversations, mock-ups and QA initiatives.
• Lead the Quality team including Site Project Quality Engineers.
• Collaborate with Group Quality CSA Leads and other Group Quality staff.
• Understand lifecycle from initiation to handover and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Oversee project databases and handover documentation to clients.
• Develop system and equipment test packs using project QA software.
• Coordinate handover with CSAs, contracts managers and site teams.
• Review installations for compliance to project quality plans and standards.
• Oversee 3rd party inspections and subcontractor QA.
• Attend quality meetings and report on quality metrics.
