Job summary

Breagh Recruitment Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Engineer to join a leading international engineering contractor delivering CSA packages on large-scale mission critical developments in Dublin.

This senior site-based role carries responsibility for the technical delivery of civil, structural and architectural works from design coordination and construction through to quality assurance, inspections and final handover.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of post-graduate engineering experience in Ireland.
• Experience on large-scale CSA construction packages.
• Experience managing technical queries, RFIs and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery and coordination of CSA works on site.
• Review CSA design packages, drawings and BIM models, coordinating solutions with design consultants.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and submissions to avoid delays.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and CSA Project Engineers, supporting professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day technical delivery and coordination of CSA works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Review CSA design packages, technical drawings and BIM models, identifying buildability issues and coordinating solutions with design consultants and project teams.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and engineering submissions, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently without affecting construction progress.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and CSA Project Engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of post-graduate engineering experience here in Ireland.
• Previous experience working on large-scale CSA construction packages.
• Experience managing technical queries, RFIs and subcontractor coordination.

The Package:

Salary and package are DOE, but an indication on salary would be around the €75,000 - €80,000 mark as well as:
