Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks an experienced CSA Engineer to join the Central Engineering team. You will work on high‑value data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial projects from design through to construction and handover.

Responsibilities include managing CSA design packages, coordinating with architects, clients and subcontractors, and leading design meetings. Proficiency with BIM tools and strong regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post‑graduate experience.
• Experience in Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial sectors.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory consent processes.
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with BIM, Revit, Tekla or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Manage RFIs, technical submissions, design changes and project documentation.
