Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering, Dublin, seeks a Senior Site CSA Engineer to deliver CSA on site, coordinating with MEP, design teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety. You will drive design reviews, inspections and handover activities, guiding junior engineers on complex projects.

The role requires strong technical delivery, risk awareness and the ability to work under pressure to meet programme, budget and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CSA on construction sites.
• Strong coordination with MEP and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior CSA engineers and lead site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CSA engineering activities for safe, compliant delivery.
• Be main CSA contact between site teams, design consultants, subcontractors and client.
• Review CSA designs for constructability and alignment with site conditions.
• Manage CSA RFIs, deviations and technical queries to closure.
• Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP, BIM, logistics and temporary works.
