Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) based in Ireland. The role involves strengthening regulatory compliance across crypto and payments, licensing work, and engaging regulators and external counsel.

You will translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls, and implementation plans, while coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, incl. 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Draft regulatory policies, AML/CFT frameworks, and related documents.
• Know-how of EMI/PI/CASP/VASP regimes and MiCA/CASP.
• Fluent professional English; strong regulatory drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to regulatory licence applications and projects.
• Build requirement matrices, trackers, and document-control processes.
• Prepare responses to RFIs from regulators and counsel.
• Draft and maintain policies, procedures, risk assessments, controls.
