Job summary

Noel Group, a leading international digital assets, payments and financial infrastructure business, is expanding its regulated European operations through Ireland and is seeking a Head of Compliance (PCF-12) to join its growing leadership team.

You will build the compliance framework, governance structure and regulatory culture from the ground up, lead monitoring, and coordinate reporting to the Executive Management and Board, while engaging with regulators to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong compliance, governance or regulatory affairs experience.
• Experience in Payments, E-Money, Banking, Fintech, Investment Services or Digital Assets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and monitoring.
• Experience working with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Ambitious to progress into a PCF-approved position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's Compliance Framework and Monitoring Programme.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and controls.
• Oversee compliance across payments, e-money, banking and digital assets.
• Manage regulatory reporting and ongoing obligations.
• Support regulatory engagement and supervisory interactions.
• Provide guidance to senior management and key stakeholders.
