Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Dublin seeks an experienced project leader to manage end‑to‑end delivery of large commercial projects. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budgets and on‑site activities to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.

Responsibilities include defining project goals with clients, developing detailed schedules in MS Project, monitoring costs, procurement support, and enforcing quality and safety standards throughout design, construction and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Project Management or related field.
• Experience in managing full project lifecycle from briefing to handover.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects ranging from €500,000 to €10 million.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with clients during inception.
• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project and monitor milestones.
• Prepare budgets, track expenditures, forecast final costs and support procurement.
• Oversee contracts and change orders; manage site meetings and on-site progress.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance throughout design, construction and handover.
