Job summary

Build-Search is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and oversee large-scale residential projects across Dublin and Leinster. You will manage €75m+ developments from pre-construction through handover, directing engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a project management role within a main contractor/developer environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€75m+)
• Experience on residential (housing or high density) is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Lead project teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management.
• Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery.
