Breagh Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Dublin, Ireland, to oversee multiple large-scale residential and pharmaceutical construction projects across Dublin and Leinster. You will manage Project Managers and Site Managers, ensuring programme delivery, quality, safety and commercial performance from pre-construction through handover.

Qualifications

• Must have Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager experience with a main contractor.
• Proven delivery of large-scale construction projects in Ireland.
• Strong programme management, commercial awareness and multi-team leadership.
• Major residential apartment construction experience required.
• Strong leadership and client-facing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and wider construction teams.
• Drive programme delivery and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate closely with commercial, design and procurement teams.
• Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Review project performance, resources and risks.
• Ensure subcontractor packages are coordinated across projects.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and technical compliance.
• Report project progress and key commercial or programme issues to senior management.
• Ensure projects are properly closed out and handed over.
