Job summary

Wallace Myers International is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to lead a flagship Dublin construction project from pre-construction through to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and oversee commercial and contractual matters to deliver on time, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with phased handovers.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, project controls and commercial management.
• Experience leading large site-based teams in Tier 1 or major contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major Dublin construction project from inception to handover.
• Act as principal client contact and manage key stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors and supply chain to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans, contracting strategies and risk mitigation.
• Manage project budgets and contract administration with commercial teams.
• Oversee scheduling and adjust delivery strategies as required.
• Drive sustainability objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
