Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee high-specification data centre projects in the Dublin/Leinster region. The role covers from groundworks through commissioning and handovers, with a strong focus on growth, operational excellence and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years with a Tier 1/2 contractor, a construction/engineering degree, and proven experience delivering complex projects with CSA and MEP integration.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering or similar.
8–10+ years’ experience with a Tier 1/Tier 2 main contractor.
Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects.
Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration.
Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds.
Data centre experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Support Site Teams with full project delivery through to completion.
Act as the primary interface with the Client and Design Team.
Manage and coordinate all site teams and subcontractors.
Oversee programme, resources, and project performance.
Ensure effective integration of CSA and MEP packages.
Chair coordination and progress meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
