An established contractor specialising in large-scale data centre and mission-critical construction projects is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs, schedules and overall delivery.

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor project milestones, procurement activities and long-lead equipment.

• Review tender submissions, scopes of work, cost estimates and variations.

• Lead client and project coordination meetings.

• Oversee cost reporting, invoices, payment applications and commercial controls.

• Coordinate design reviews, programme updates and project risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in project management within construction, engineering or building services.

• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control and procurement.

• Proven leadership and subcontractor management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project planning tools.
