ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Contracts Manager for data centres, power generation, and aviation sectors. This senior role oversees multiple projects from design through commissioning, ensuring delivery on programme, budget and safety objectives.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams while guiding strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects in data centres, power or aviation sectors.
• Track record delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mission critical projects including hyperscale data centres, retrofit works, power generation infrastructure, and aviation developments.
• Manage project teams, site management personnel, and specialist subcontractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the senior point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, programme, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and contract administration.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, change management, and overall financial performance.
• Lead regular project reviews and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

Contracts Manager required for leading main contractor undertaking high-value mission critical projects across the data centre, power generation, and aviation sectors.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from design and pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring successful delivery in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams while contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mission critical projects including hyperscale data centres, retrofit works, power generation infrastructure, and aviation developments.
• Manage project teams, site management personnel, and specialist subcontractors.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
