Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee high-specification data centre projects in the Dublin/Leinster region. The role covers from groundworks through commissioning and handovers, with a strong focus on growth, operational excellence and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years with a Tier 1/2 contractor, a construction/engineering degree, and proven experience delivering complex projects with CSA and MEP integration.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering or similar.
• 8–10+ years’ experience with a Tier 1/Tier 2 main contractor.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration.
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds.
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential.

Having oversight across all aspects of the builds from groundworks through to commissioning and handovers.growth, operational excellence and client relationship development.
