Job summary

Cunningham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our high performing team in Ireland. You will be accountable for the safe delivery of allocated projects to the client’s specification, ensuring that objectives, timescales and budgets are achieved, and you will coordinate across disciplines.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will develop plans, manage site activities and relationships with clients and subcontractors, and maintain programme, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland.
• Experience on large-scale sites with high headcount.
• Public works and Form of contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for safe delivery of allocated projects to client specs, timescales and budgets.
• Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve outcomes.
• Meet objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day lifecycle from initial stages through handover.
• Coordinate activities with Quality Systems and Engineering Specifications.
• Manage resources across disciplines to deliver the project.
• Build effective client and stakeholder relationships.
