Job summary

Cunningham is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a Dublin delivery team, guiding mobilisation through to completion on complex development projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence while maintaining cost controls and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Academic or professional management qualification required.
• Membership of an Industry related Professional Institution is desirable (MCIOB or CEng MICE).
• Experience delivering complex development projects with strong governance and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction from mobilisation to project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and design teams to programme and cost targets.
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Monitor progress, cost, risk and change through regular reviews.
