Job summary

Cunningham is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major development in Dublin. You will drive delivery from mobilisation to completion, manage the team and supply chain, and ensure safety, quality and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Construction Director, the role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking and a proven track record on complex projects within Ireland. A dynamic, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in construction with similar contracting organisations.
• In-depth understanding of the Ireland market and regulatory context.
• Proven finance control and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for delivery from mobilisation to completion.
• Agree commencement date and complete contract documents.
• Ensure quality, environment, and progress meet contracted requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and resourcing for the project.
• Lead project team, stakeholders and client communications to achieve zero incidents and high quality.
