Job summary

Growing Main Contractor in Ireland is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a €20m education project in South Dublin. You will manage the full project lifecycle, interact with clients and design teams, and lead the site team to deliver safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' PM experience in construction, a Construction/Engineering degree, and strong leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Delivery of projects €15m+; education/public works a plus.
• Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong commercial, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project from pre-construction to handover
• Act as main client and design team liaison
• Develop and monitor construction programmes and budgets
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, and chair regular site meetings
• Report on progress, risks, and commercial performance
