Job summary

Design Build Search are working with a leading developer in Dublin, seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations. You will collaborate with the Construction Director to deliver high-safety, sustainable, and quality projects, including houses and apartments.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline and at least 7 years of experience in construction management, especially on residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience, including project management on residential schemes.
• Ability to read and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Leadership and mentoring experience for junior teams.
• Understanding of BIM and digital construction technologies.
• Excellent organisation and time management; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong client, staff and subcontractor relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a Design Task Leader or Project Manager on live jobs.
• Managing the design process.
• Supervise construction of projects and ensure execution per works specifications.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will oversee the day to day running of the site. Within this position you will work closely with the Construction Director to ensure their projects are delivered highest standard, emphasising safety, sustainability and quality. Projects: Houses and apartments Minimum: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Management including previous project management experience Previous experience on residential projects Self-motivated with strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and report effectively.
