Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to handle multiple extensions and new build projects in South Kildare and the greater Dublin Region. This role offers the chance to manage a variety of projects, with a focus on those related to the Department of Education.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects, and will enjoy an excellent package including a competitive salary of €90k-€100k, a company pension, and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a main contractor in the UK or Ireland.
• Experience with large-scale building projects.
• Familiarity with modular construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Ensure project stages from development to handover are completed.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and local authorities.
