Careeriser-Limited in Dublin is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead tender estimating, drive competitive cost plans, and shape commercial strategy across major Irish construction projects. You will manage supplier and subcontractor engagement and ensure smooth handover of winning estimates to delivery teams.

The role requires a minimum of 10+ years in Quantity Surveying, a degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics, and experience with Main Contractors on Irish projects.

• Analyze macroeconomic conditions and market trends to shape winning bid strategies.
• Mentor, coach, and support the career development of junior and mid-level estimators within the department.
