Job summary

NSUS Group, the driving force behind GGPoker, invites a compliance leader to own UK & ROI regulatory oversight. The Compliance Manager partners with Marketing, Operations Compliance, Development, and Customer Support to ensure all activities are commercially viable and fully compliant.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a senior regulatory compliance role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UKGC LCCP and Irish gambling regulations.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Desirable qualifications: ICA Diploma in AML or Law/Business degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the UKGC LCCP and Irish gambling regulations.
• Advise on product launches, platform changes, and market entry strategies.
• Collaborate with Safer Gambling and AML teams on customer protection and KYC processes.
• Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with ASA, CAP/BCAP and Irish standards.
• Liaise with UKGC and Irish regulators; manage reporting and inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Design and deliver regulatory training to staff to foster a compliance culture.
