Job summary

rhe in Ireland is seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Manager to own and maintain the Ireland Compliance Framework and IMS governance. You will develop policies, oversee ISO certifications, manage audits and CAPA, and coordinate governance across multiple sites while liaising with management and external bodies.

The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, GDP awareness, and the ability to drive audit readiness and performance reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ISO standards, audits and certification.
• Proven risk management governance experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (Q-Pulse preferred).
• Understanding of GDP/logistics and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Ireland Compliance Framework.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and governance controls.
• Provide compliance interpretation to management and operational teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation across the organisation.
• Coordinate IMS governance across Ireland, including Compliance, Risk, Audit, CAPA, and document control.
• Act as Ireland Q-Pulse governance owner and key user, ensuring audit readiness.
• Support standardisation of governance processes across all locations.
• Develop and report on compliance KPIs and performance.
