Job summary

beqom, a Swiss-founded, Ireland-focused B2B SaaS leader, is seeking an experienced GRC Manager to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance across its international footprint.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will design and operate global compliance frameworks, oversee privacy and third-party risk, coordinate audits, and partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and GTM teams to enable scalable growth in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a GRC, compliance, risk, governance, or regulatory assurance role.
• Experience serving regulated customers in B2B SaaS/fintech is a plus.
• Experience building or scaling a GRC function in an international company.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, control frameworks, policy governance, audit coordination, and third-party risk management.
• Experience supporting enterprise customer due diligence and audits.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and balance compliance with scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve beqom's global compliance framework across jurisdictions.
• Lead enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and maintain the risk register.
• Oversee data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR, with Legal and Security.
• Manage third-party risk, vendor assessments, and outsourcing controls.
• Coordinate audits, certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and remediation actions.
• Provide training and advise leaders on balancing compliance with growth.
