Job summary

Xanadu Consultancy in Ireland seeks a Safer Gambling Operations and Insights Manager to lead training, quality assurance, and performance insights across the Safer Gambling function. You will collaborate with Operational teams, BI, and Compliance to ensure interventions are evidence-based and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Safer Gambling principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience designing and delivering operational training programmes.
• Experience leading quality assurance frameworks and coaching programmes.
• Good analytical skills with experience interpreting operational and customer data.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence teams to develop reporting and performance measures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to influence across multiple business functions and support global operational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safer Gambling training framework across the organisation.
• Ensure onboarding training and ongoing development for Safer Gambling Operations Agents.
• Design and maintain refresher training programmes.
• Develop and deliver role-specific Safer Gambling training across departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records and competency assessments.
• Lead the quality assurance framework for all Safer Gambling customer interactions.
• Conduct quality reviews and calibration sessions across the SG Ops team.
• Provide structured feedback and trend analysis to improve customer interactions.
• Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Develop quality standards and performance measures.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to analyse safety interventions and derive insights.
• Produce regular MI and insights for leadership.
• Support evidence-based decision making with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain governance records and prepare reports for senior management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and enhance training and quality frameworks.
