Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and operational management to ensure high-quality nursing care
• Oversee Nursing Services to maintain patient care standards across wards
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and governance standards
• Contribute to development and review of clinical policies and protocols
• Monitor patient activity and KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency
• Support staff education, mentorship and continuous learning
• Provide expert clinical support for acutely ill patients
• Respond to emergencies with timely escalation and follow-up
• Promote advanced nursing practices and out-of-hours coverage
• Coordinate patient flow using data to inform decisions
• Drive continuous quality improvement through audits and evaluations
• Manage complaints promptly and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to annual nursing service objectives and out-of-hours planning
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance programs
• Participate in hospital committees (Quality, JCI, JAG, HIQA) and lead safety initiatives
