Job summary

RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in County Dublin, Ireland. This full-time/permanent role focuses on overseeing high-quality resident care and supporting daily operations.

The CNM will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate care with families and GPs while maintaining excellent standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in caring for older persons.
• Experience and/or qualification in Care of the Elderly.
