Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in clinical research or healthcare.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines for clinical trials.
• Proficient with project management tools; Agile experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple clinical engagement projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, and technology.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets with regular stakeholder updates.
• Implement and refine engagement strategies to improve participant recruitment and retention.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clinical trial sites, ensuring resources and support for Teckro's platform.
• Analyze engagement metrics to identify improvements and drive process optimization.
• Facilitate training sessions for clinical site staff on Teckro's technology.
• Foster strong relationships with CROs and healthcare providers to support project goals.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate insights into Teckro's strategies.
• Support development of marketing materials and communications for Teckro solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
