Qualifications

• BA / BS / RN with end to end program management experience.
• Operating at a high level in cross-functional study management or leadership in CRO/Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of direct reports and may have indirect reports; mentors and coaches team members.
• Oversees execution of studies within a program with financial accountability.
• Manages vendor engagement and stakeholder relationships at the study level.
• Develops operational strategies to optimize study execution and 'One Ops' workforce.
