Job summary

Teckro is seeking a senior analytics leader in Dublin to collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable data insights, and drive measurable improvements in clinical trial analytics. You will act as a product and clinical trial SME, delivering end-to-end data solutions across departments.

The role requires 6+ years in performance metrics and analytics within the life sciences space, with strong Excel and BI tool experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into analytics.
• Experience with performance metrics & analytics in clinical research space is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting solutions and data usage for decision making.
• Provide data-driven insights to measure performance and guide strategic decisions.
• Act as SME for product and clinical trial domains across departments.
• Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to monitor impact.
