Job summary

PE Global is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for a pharmaceutical client in Dublin. This 12-month contract role offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires extensive leadership of clinical trial programs.

The candidate should have senior-level clinical research experience, strong cross-functional leadership, budget and vendor management, and substantial regulatory knowledge across FDA/EMA/ICH/GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA / BS / RN with 8+ years’ relevant clinical experience in life sciences.
• MA / MS / PharmD / PhD with 6+ years’ relevant clinical experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ cross-functional study management or related leadership.
• Experience in RFPs and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to start-up, manage and close-out studies; regulatory docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial oversight of clinical trials/programs.
• Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams and coordinate timelines and budgets.
• Develop study-related documentation and vendor management (CROs).
• Ensure compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH/GCP regulatory requirements.
