Job summary

Teckro Limited in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead data-driven decision support within the Growth team. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive KPI-based improvements across clinical trial data and Life Science applications.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, shape reporting solutions, and mentor colleagues while navigating a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions.
  • Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Life Science technologies, Applications.
  • Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s).
  • Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies to improve insights and efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges. Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations.
  • Seek opportunities to challenge status quo reporting solutions and designs new, innovative ways to use data to support decision making.
  • Provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables, predict outcomes and make strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for Teckro and provide support across multiple departments within the organization.
  • Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms.
  • Continuously assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions.
  • Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support.
  • Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action.
  • Anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business.
  • Respond to customer requests to improve quality and/or comprehensiveness of deliverables.
  • Act as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, as well as providing support and guidance when delegating activities.
  • Any additional duties as defined and agreed with line manager.

What you’ll Do:

Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions
  • Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies, Applications
  • Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool (s). Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies to improve insights and efficiency is a plus
  • Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders to compile analysis requirements and solicit feedback
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel when needed
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master's degree an advantage
  • 6+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space
  • Experience working for Teckro or other life science technology company preferred
Location and Travel:

(Dublin)

  • Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, currently this is set to 3 days per week onsite.
  • Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
  • We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
  • Note:Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this roleTo be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
