Job summary

Teckro is seeking an experienced programme lead to deliver premium clinical trial software and services. The role focuses on building executive relationships, driving on-time, on-budget delivery, and optimizing programme outcomes across multiple client engagements.

You will manage governance, risk, and ROI metrics, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. A strong background in clinical research and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical research and clinical trial experience required across therapeutic areas.
• Minimum 5-8 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in Lifesciences/Clinical Research.
• Strong ownership of projects and deliverables with high quality.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with product/technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Teckro products and premium services to clients on an assigned programme.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions at implementation and during trial lifecycle.
• Establish and manage executive-level client relationships.
• Develop governance models and escalation paths for clients.
• Define standards to drive efficiency and standardization across client engagements.
• Manage relationships with existing clients through regular communication and visits.
• Identify risks and manage change control during programme development.
• Track KPIs and ROI metrics to demonstrate Teckro value.
• Contribute ideas for product, quality, and process improvements.
• Travel approximately 20–30% to meet client needs.
