Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Custody Client Services to support the controlled migration of custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch. You will coordinate multiple migrations, workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring risk, regulatory delivery and client outcomes are central to the program.

Working as a highly collaborative contributor, you will manage plans, readiness, governance, and communications across Client Services, Relationship Management, Operations

Qualifications

• Strong project management capability to handle multiple migrations and workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience delivering governance materials and executive reporting.
• Focus on client experience and risk management throughout migrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custody and banking delivery activities for Irish Branch migration.
• Develop and maintain an integrated migration plan encompassing all workstreams.
• Ensure client readiness and clear ownership of migration actions.
• Protect client experience with aligned future service model and transition support.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation to support timely decisions.
• Embed risk controls and regulatory delivery across migration activities.
