Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services, AML or transfer agency.
• Strong understanding of AML and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage complex client queries and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service responses to inquiries from clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners on AML and transfer agency matters.
• Manage complex queries and escalations to a timely resolution.
• Support investor onboarding and document management in line with AML requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service and reporting.
• Oversee processing and quality review of investor transactions to meet regulatory obligations.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and processes.
