Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering exclusively with an international specialty insurer in Dublin to recruit a senior Claims Operations Lead. The role reports to the Chief Claims Officer and focuses on intake, data quality, analytics and governance.

You will oversee FNOL, monitor SLAs, develop MI dashboards, and drive process improvements with the claims team, brokers, and tech partners. Interviews are planned for early November.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, claims operations or insurance operations.
• Hands-on experience with claims management systems and operational workflows.
• Experience producing MI, reports and dashboards, with strong Excel and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FNOL intake, registration, acknowledgment and assignment.
• Monitor SLAs, queues, unallocated work and backlogs, and elevate issues early.
• Coordinate and prioritise work across the Claims Assistant team.
• Produce claims MI and dashboards covering FNOL volumes, acknowledgment times and SLA performance.
• Document workflows and operating standards; support enhancements and data migration.
